Streamline IT. Our unique Arterian StreamlineIT service helps control costs by extending our IT service desk to yours, enabling your internal IT staff to collaborate seamlessly with ours. Your engineers and technicians will have access to the same ticketing system and all other information as ours so that it can be better determined whether a ticket is handled internally or forwarded to Arterian.

Along with the ticketing system, we’ll both be on the same page in terms of fixed technology assets (who uses them, where they are, when warranties expire, what should be replaced, and so on), as well as service ticket reporting metrics.
